Scene Assessment

A 45yo male was thrown from his motorcycle at high speed. No helmet. He is unresponsive. He has a large laceration on his scalp and is bleeding heavily from his nose. His breathing is irregular, snoring, and slow. Right pupil is dilated and sluggish.
