You are dispatched to a chemical plant explosion. Scene is declared safe by Fire Command. You find a 35yo male who was 10 meters from the blast. He is coughing up blood-tinged sputum. He has multiple small penetrating shrapnel wounds. He is deaf in both ears and acting confused. He is breathing rapidly.
