Scene Assessment

You are called for a "sick person". You find a 19yo male lying on the couch, confused (GCS 13). His breathing is very deep and rapid (Kussmaul respirations). The room smells distinctly like nail polish remover (acetone). His skin is warm, dry, and tenting.
