Scene Assessment

You arrive at a community pool. Lifeguards pulled a 6yo boy from the bottom. He was submerged for an estimated 2 minutes. He is unconscious (GCS 6), breathing shallowly at 12/min, coughing up pink frothy fluid, and vomiting pool water.
