Scene Assessment

You arrive at an apartment. A father states his 8-month-old daughter "rolled off the sofa" onto a carpeted floor and hasn't woken up since. The infant is lethargic (GCS 9), breathing irregularly, and has multiple bruises on her torso and arms in different stages of healing.
