Scene Assessment

You arrive to find a 28yo female lying in a pool of blood. She delivered a healthy infant 30 minutes ago. The umbilical cord is clamped and cut. The placenta has not delivered. She is pale, diaphoretic, and bleeding heavily from the vagina.
