Scene Assessment

You arrive at a university dormitory. A 19yo male is lying in a dark room. His roommates state he has been vomiting, complaining of a severe headache, and hating the light. He is confused (GCS 13). You turn on the light and notice a purple, spotty rash on his chest and legs.
