Scene Assessment

You arrive at an office. A 26yo female collapsed in the bathroom. She is awake but very pale and sweaty. She complains of sudden, agonizing lower abdominal pain and pain radiating to her left shoulder tip (Kehr's sign). She says she is not pregnant and takes the pill.
