Scene Assessment

You arrive at an apartment. A 32yo female is acutely delirious, agitated, and sweating profusely. She has a visible swelling on her neck (goiter) and slightly bulging eyes (exophthalmos). Her husband says she stopped taking her "thyroid pills" two weeks ago.
